Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex wastewater treatment and transmission system projects from initial planning through construction and completion. This is an opportunity to guide major capital improvement and infrastructure projects while collaborating with engineers, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, property owners, and community stakeholders.
The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, permitting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Responsibilities also include directing consultant teams, reviewing engineering documents, resolving construction challenges, supporting funding applications, and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
The monthly salary range is $10,502 to $13,730, with a starting range of $10,502 to $12,008, depending on qualifications.
