Job summary

Halcyon Homes, LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning to completion on-site in the Triangle/Triad area. Regular site inspections, expediting materials, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with building codes are essential duties.

Qualifications

Oversee multiple residential construction projects.
Coordinate schedules, expedites materials, and supports timely completion.
Perform site inspections to verify quality and code compliance.
Manage deliveries, inventory and vendor relationships for construction materials and services.
Minimum of 3 years of residential construction/homebuilding experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specs.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities
