Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) on a dedicated client site in Hampton, GA. The role requires strong on-site leadership and seamless collaboration with procurement, construction and commissioning teams.

The ideal candidate has a track record managing complex equipment packages through the full project lifecycle, solid MEP knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience coordinating complex equipment packages through full lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and management skills for cross-disciplinary work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment from procurement to handover.
• Serve as on-site interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams and suppliers.
• Drive supplier coordination, scheduling, issue resolution and readiness across equipment packages.
• Provide visibility and escalation for equipment-related risks, delays, defects and constraints.
• Ensure vendors have resources, parts, documentation and site access for installation and commissioning.
