Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) for a high-profile client. The role is on-site in Hampton, GA, full-time, requiring close collaboration with procurement, construction, commissioning and design teams.

The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of equipment packages, coordinate across disciplines, and drive risk management and vendor readiness to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination of Major Capital Equipment (MCE) from procurement to completion and handover.
• Serve as the on-site interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
• Drive supplier coordination, issue resolution, scheduling, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages.
• Provide visibility and escalation on equipment risks, delays, defects and resource constraints to keep projects on track.
• Ensure vendors have the resources, parts, spares, documentation and site access required for installation and commissioning.
