Job summary

Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy industrial capital projects in Nevada. Based in the Elko/Cortez area, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables are met.

The role requires strong experience in heavy industrial construction, contractor leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field. Equivalent combinations may be considered.
• PE license or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project execution plans (scope, schedule, budgets, milestones).
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.
• Manage heavy industrial capital construction activities, ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.
