Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• PE license or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience delivering heavy industrial capital projects.
• Willingness to reside locally in the Elko/Cortez area.
• On-site role with four 10-hour days and local residency requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee capital projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate contractors.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support procurement, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned.
