Job summary

Environmental Remedies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator for a full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage projects, perform inspections, and oversee logistics, billing, and scheduling from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include site walks, documenting conditions, client coordination, Salesforce documentation, and coordinating with teams to ensure safety compliance and timely delivery. A proactive communicator with a focus on accuracy will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, environmental services, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the abatement or environmental services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site job walks; gather and record detailed measurements and job scope data.
• Accurately document site conditions, potential issues, and project variables.
• Interface with property owners and referral partners to set clear expectations and explain the abatement process.
• Upload photos and complete scope of work documentation in Salesforce for Estimator review.
• Coordinate scheduling of abatement projects; communicate scheduling details to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, follow through to completion, and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
• Support compliance with ERI’s safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for each project.
