Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is required.
• 7+ years of planning and/or management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all aspects of multiple projects across engineering, purchasing, quality and production.
• Host and facilitate project-related meetings.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and on-time deliverables.
• Liaise with customers as the main contact for status updates and changes.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and risk/variance reports.
• Communicate project status to Management using established reporting methods.
• Coordinate technical support through field visits and design reviews.
• Manage change management processes and stakeholder communications.
• Track material releases to ensure timely orders.
