Job summary

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, prioritize tasks, and use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and AutoCAD as needed. Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• AutoCAD is optional but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive material.
• Prepare shop orders with AutoCAD and enter sales orders into the system.
• Coordinate fabrication dates and delivery dates.
• Coordinate project documents and obtain necessary approvals (purchase orders, change orders, shipping manifests, invoices).
• Communicate with customers primarily by phone or email with strong verbal and written skills.
