Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of complex projects within the Advanced Manufacturing portfolio. You will create a comprehensive project plan, drive collaboration among stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress to meet objectives.

The role requires 4+ years of construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work on large-scale projects. Expect on-site work with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to support new business

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
4+ years of construction experience; GC on large-scale projects preferred.
2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
Experience on advanced manufacturing, data center, or highly complex projects.
Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial project components.
Ability to make timely and effective decisions and manage projects end-to-end.
Strong skills in developing relationships with owners and trade contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
Manage project communications among stakeholders and lead project meetings.
Secure permits and insurance coverage for subcontractors; monitor progress against schedule.
Lead, train, and develop project team members; ensure safety culture on site.
Prepare monthly status reports and assist with final project close-out and turnover documents.
Develop relationships with owner, engineering, and design firms; support business development.
