Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and site leadership in the safe, high‑quality execution of utility‑scale solar, BESS, and HV construction projects. The APM will handle administration, scheduling, procurement, document control, and client communication on‑site at project locations nationwide.

• 4–7+ years of construction experience; utility-scale solar, BESS, HV, industrial, commercial construction or heavy civil experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
• Experience with self-perform construction environments strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software (P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Vista/CMiC, MS Office, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead LNTP and pre-mobilization setup with documentation, permits, contracts, scopes, and procurement.
• Manage subcontracting and procurement workflows; prepare requisitions and verify quantities.
• Draft and review subcontract agreements; coordinate first‑article build approvals; ensure safety, quality, and sequencing.
• Support IRA reporting, domestic content verification, and labor-related requirements.
• Prepare agendas, gather field data, and support client-facing presentations and project reporting.
• Coordinate three-week look‑ahead schedules and cost reviews; align labor and materials.
• Oversee Project Engineer in engineering drawings reviews and submittals; track documents.
