Job summary

Flowcon, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Construction Supervisor in delivering projects on site in Westchester County, NY. You will help ensure work matches plans and specifications and coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.

Required are a 4-year college degree in Engineering or Architecture, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and Procore. This role requires in-person work five days a week.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Architecture required.
• 3+ years of experience as Engineer or Architect.
• Strong technical and coordination skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Supervisor with field layout and verification.
• Compare field dimensions with plans and flag discrepancies.
• Review shop drawings for conformance with design documents.
• Perform take-offs to support cost control and scheduling.
• Create coordinated drawings for project team and subs.
• Assist with plan management, submittals and RFIs in Procore.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects and design team to resolve issues.
