Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level Construction/Project Support role in Tulsa to join our Advanced Facilities team. You will learn on-site how projects are planned, scheduled and documented, while supporting crews, safety practices and quality controls.

The position offers hands-on experience across estimating, procurement and reporting, with opportunities to grow alongside seasoned professionals in a diverse, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Learns and actively participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in project QA/QC planning to ensure quality.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and review subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with the project team to support manpower, materials and equipment.
• Prepares and documents meetings, reports and daily/weekly updates.
• Collaborates with trades and project team to support scheduling and delivery.
• Learns Lean practices and self-perform opportunities integration.
