Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction, project engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and project success.

Responsibilities

• Assist project execution by supporting day-to-day activities and tracking scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain and coordinate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings).
• Support planning and controls with schedule updates, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities, including material purchases and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate communication.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to policies and codes.
• Assist with field operations and project closeout activities.
