Qualifications

• 1–3 years creating RFIs and client correspondence under contract provisions.
• 1–3 years reading construction plans and specifications and outlining required submittals.
• 1–3 years experience with project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract setup and project documentation.
• Prepare and review submittals and shop drawings.
• Support bid package preparation and change orders.
• Help with project scheduling and coordination with the team.
