Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Project Coordinator/Scheduler for a full-time, on-site role in Gilbert, AZ. The position offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401K.

The candidate will manage program schedules, liaise with management and project teams, and support effective program performance and reporting across multiple contracts. U.S. citizenship is required; DoD/DHS clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project/program management support experience.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Project.
• Advanced expertise in MS Project.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing and maintaining resources loaded with Integrated Master Schedules.
• Experience working closely with program management, technical teams, and finance to ensure integrated schedule alignment, resource tracking, and milestone forecasting.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; Active DOD/DHS clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports effective management of ongoing programs and serves as liaison between Program Management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of programs and budgets; manages schedules, prepares status reports, and CDRLs.
• Assesses program issues and proposes resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for intervention and problem solving with Program Managers, other functional managers, and customers.
• Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of program planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
• Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/program requirements for an assigned portion of a program, decomposing program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
