Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Leader Standard Work: support daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including prioritizing the cable loft queue and updating documentation.
• Post Shipment & Delivery: manage holds on material and oversees post-shipment processes.
• Event Pod Support: coordinate activities required for demos with Project Manager inputs.
• Meeting Support: participate in PL/Bay Project Reviews and Pod kick-offs.
• Material and Order Management: support project requirements for RMA and track incoming materials.
