Job summary

Talentway Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our fully on-site team. You will support client campaigns from initial planning through to completion, coordinate schedules, prepare reports, and liaise with clients and internal departments.

This is a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM role with no remote option. The position offers a structured, supportive office environment where you can develop project coordination and campaign management skills while working across

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, marketing, administration or client services.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage several priorities without losing track of deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar systems.
• A practical approach to solving problems and following through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Helping organise client campaigns from initial planning through to completion.
• Maintaining project schedules, deadlines and progress trackers.
• Liaising with clients and internal departments on project requirements.
• Preparing reports, meeting notes and campaign documentation.
• Monitoring project activity and flagging potential delays.
• Coordinating resources and supporting day-to-day project delivery.
• Assisting senior project managers with reviews and performance updates.
