Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical-related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Interest in developing a career in project management.
• Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP, Planview, or project management software is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively supporting multiple PMs/concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be on-site 100% in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, governance reviews, stage-gates, and leadership updates.
• Support change management, procurement, sourcing, contracting, and other project execution activities to maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, resources, and risks; elevate issues to project leadership.
• Prepare project status reports, metrics, financial updates, forecasts, budget tracking, and governance presentations.
