You will lead a team of 15+ specialists, drive results with metrics, and collaborate with management to implement best practices in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience in a call center.
• Strong customer service background and ability to drive team results.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on urgent work.

Responsibilities

• Maximize team potential by coaching and developing employees to achieve performance goals.
• Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service specialists serving existing customers.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning to improve results.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Use performance metrics and business goals to drive team results.
• Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and solve business challenges.
• Resolve employee and customer issues while balancing empathy, accountability, and business needs.
• Communicate expectations clearly and build effective working relationships across the organization.
• Manage time off, payroll adjustments, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
• Effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
