Job summary

Afni is seeking a Project Coach for Insurance Service in Tucson, AZ to supervise and develop a team of insurance service consultants. This on-site role focuses on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development.

You will lead a 15+ member team and partner with management to implement best practices in a fast-paced contact center. Applicants should have supervisory experience in a call center, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coach staff toward

• Use performance metrics and business goals to drive team results.
• Partner with management to identify best practices and solve business challenges.
• Resolve employee and customer issues with empathy and accountability.
• Communicate expectations clearly and build effective working relationships.
• Manage time off, payroll adjustments, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
• Prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
