Job summary

Friendship Circle of Miami is seeking a highly organized Program Department Coordinator to support the Program Director and keep the department running smoothly at the Friendship Campus. You will manage calendars, intake processes, data entry, reports, and communications, while helping plan programs and events and coordinating with families, volunteers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in related field preferred.
• Experience maintaining databases, spreadsheets, records, or tracking systems.
• Experience with individuals with special needs or inclusive settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day organization and administration of the Program Department.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, deadlines, and tracking systems.
• Prepare agendas, reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate program logistics for events and activities.
• Assist with family inquiries, intakes, registrations, and follow-up.
• Generate reports related to enrollment, attendance, and participation.
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation.
