Job summary

The Greater Austin YMCA seeks a Program Lead to manage a full-site program on campus, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and curriculum delivery to ensure a safe, engaging, high-quality experience for all participants.

You will partner with school staff, support events, model the YMCA’s mission, and maintain documentation while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment and strong communication with families.

• Staff management experience and ability to lead a team.

• Excellent communication with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, safety, and program quality.
• Coach and develop the program team for growth.
• Implement daily schedules and curriculum, including activities.
• Partner with school principals, teachers, and PTAs.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, caregivers, and staff.
• Complete accurate documentation and confidential records.
