The position emphasizes data-driven coaching, performance analytics, and leadership development to drive measurable improvements across cohorts. On-site roles include multiple Texas cities and Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or comparable fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach Guides to implement Alpha's coaching methodology with consistency, passion, and unwavering standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills workshops addressing communication, concentration, feedback reception, leadership development, and resilience for K-8 students using established playbooks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to recognize coaching needs, eliminate obstacles, and produce quantifiable improvements weekly.
• Oversee your own student cohort while demonstrating the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline
