Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking Supervisors on multiple shifts to join our Casting Facility. You will direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to meet quality, safety, and scheduling targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Export-controlled data eligibility and access.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a manufacturing team; plans meetings, performance appraisals and staffing levels.
• Provides effective feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure EHS rules are understood.
• Schedules production and reviews reports to resolve issues and minimize costs.
• Inspects machines/equipment to ensure performance and utilization.
