Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, New Jersey, is seeking a Supervisor for our Casting Facility to lead the manufacturing workforce in producing high-quality components efficiently and safely. The role is based on-site with an anticipated pay range of $80k-$100k per year.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, be able to communicate effectively across all levels, and drive continuous improvement through TPM, Kaizen, and related practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to meet business and customer needs.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to Supervisors and team members.
• Ensure compliance with EHS rules and company policies; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production schedules, labor utilization, and inventory to minimize costs and delays.
