Jobot is seeking a dynamic Production Scheduler to manage scheduling from planning to completion, coordinating with project managers and team members to reflect activities in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Production Planning and/or Scheduling.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Understanding of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential schedule disruptions and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate schedule updates and changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, including project phasing, project milestones, equipment, labor and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure all project activities are accurately reflected in the schedule.
• Analyze production specifications and data, and propose adjustments to optimize production processes.
• Use advanced Excel skills and data analysis to track, analyze and report on project progress.
• Utilize forecasting techniques to anticipate potential schedule disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Monitor project progress, compare it with the established schedule, and report any project schedule changes.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
