Bravida Medical seeks a Production Team Associate in Geneva, IL to run daily production activities, assist QA/RA, and maintain clean, safe work areas. You will handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, following SOPs and work instructions, with attention to quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and dependability, with opportunities to contribute to manufacturing processes and internal audits in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Language Ability: read and comprehend instructions; write correspondence; present information clearly.
• Math Ability: perform basic arithmetic and percents.
• Reasoning Ability: follow written/oral instructions; solve simple problems.
• Computer Skills: basic Windows, spreadsheet, word processing, and email skills.
• Certificate/Licenses: no license needed unless operating vehicles or forklifts.
• Management: no direct supervision; ability to guide and train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily production activities per Work Orders, SOPs, WI, forms, drawings, and related docs.
• Maintains and cleans production, warehouse areas and equipment; reports needs to supervision.
• Handles shipping/receiving with proper packaging and inventory controls.
• Assists QA in inspections and verifications following SOPs and instructions.
• Performs environmental monitoring per SOPs and related docs.
