Job description

TA Resources specializes in recruiting for small businesses. Currently we are seeking a Production Associate for one of our clients. Our client is a privately held, family‑owned company based in Skokie, IL, that designs, develops, and manufactures medical devices.

Widely acknowledged as a pioneer of vascular access ports (VAPs), their innovative pursuit has resulted in improved products for patient care. The company's current focus is on the design and development of next‑generation VAPs, and needle sets for oncology, interventional radiology, surgery, and home‑health marketplaces.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Associate will be responsible for reading, understanding and executing all required build, inspection, packaging, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and for learning all production staff operations.

This position is Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Due to its manufacturing environment, the position must be in the Skokie, IL office.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Reading and understanding build designs for various medical products
  • Assembling medical products for customers
  • Produce assembly of medical devices with accuracy and precision in a manufacturing environment

  • Team player – arrives on time and takes on new tasks
  • Curious – enjoys learning new things and is not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions for all manufacturing builds
