Job summary

Bravida Medical is hiring a Production Team Associate in Geneva, IL for the first shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm) with an on-site role. The position pays $18.00 per hour and involves production, cleaning, shipping/receiving, QA support, and environmental monitoring as part of a team in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Typical duties include following SOPs, maintaining work environments, and assisting QA/RA as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Language ability: read/write/understand instructions and memos; present information to others.
• Math ability: basic arithmetic including rates, ratios and percentages.
• Reasoning ability: apply instructions in standardized situations.
• Computer skills: basic Windows, spreadsheets, word processing and email; able to learn new software.
• Certificate/Licenses: forklifts require license only if operating equipment.
• Management: no direct management; ability to guide and train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities according to Work Orders and SOPs; perform routine maintenance on processes and equipment.
• Clean and organize production, warehouse, receiving and testing areas per SOPs.
• Assist QA with incoming, in-process, final, and shipping inspections following SOPs.
• Perform environmental monitoring per SOPs and related docs.
• Support packing, shipping, inventory and material handling as needed.
