Job summary

American StaffCorp is seeking a Production Planner for an on-site role in Tulsa, OK. The position supports daily manufacturing scheduling to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory, capacity, labor, and materials.

You will work with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Sales and Operations to ensure materials are available and schedules are achievable. This temp-to-hire role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $25–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of production planning/scheduling or materials planning experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Review orders and forecasts to establish priorities.
• Coordinate production activities across departments to ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for shortages, downtime, or changing requirements.
• Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP, including BOMs and lead times.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure material availability.
