Job summary

• Review engineering/shop drawings for accuracy and ease of production
• Quality Assurance
• Hire and fire production staff
• Training production staff
• Ability to hold people accountable
• Oversee and participate in equipment maintenance
• Safety meetings
• Oversee daily production operations including scheduling and workflow; coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, finishing and installation teams
• Role is roughly 50% Office / 50% Production Floor
