Job summary

Crystal D in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Production Graphic Artist to transform customer artwork into production-ready designs. You'll collaborate with Art, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams to deliver the WOW Effect.

The role requires an Associate degree or 2–3 years hands-on experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), experience with 3D Studio Max or RIP software, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field or 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and production artwork.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with 3D Studio Max, RIP software, or similar production tools.
At least 1 year of experience operating printers, engravers, or similar production equipment.

Responsibilities

Create, modify, and prepare customer artwork for proofing and production using design tools.
Produce production-ready files, films, and prints that meet specifications.
Operate printers, lasers, engravers, and other production equipment.
Collaborate with Art, Customer Service, Sales and Production to meet customer needs.
