Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Graphics & Prepress Production Manager to prepare, review, and quality-check graphic files for print and installation. This role bridges design and production, ensuring artwork meets client brand standards and production specs while supporting graphic fabrication, finishing, inventory, and installation readiness.

This position is based in Saint Paul, MN and requires 3–5 years in graphic production, prepress, or related roles, with proficiency in Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic production, prepress, or print production.
• Experience preparing files for large-format printing and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color management, and print production processes.
• Experience with quality assurance and proofing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review artwork files for print production, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
• Proof layouts, typography, color, and file integrity prior to production.
• Manage production templates and graphics standards.
• Coordinate with shop personnel, installers, shipping, and warehouse teams.
• Track project status, milestones, and inventory records.
• Support finishing requirements, packaging, and installation readiness.
• Maintain and improve graphic archives and project records.
