Job summary

American Greetings in Westlake, OH is seeking a Product Analyst to support merchandising across product categories for multiple retailers. This on-site role focuses on maximizing retail productivity and requires residency in Northeast Ohio.

You will assist the manager with planning, KPIs, and merchandising strategies; conduct hands-on setup; perform POS analysis; and coordinate with partners to ensure timely execution of schedules and tasks.

Qualifications

1+ years retail and/or consumer product experience or equivalent internship
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferred
Previous product merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist manager in all aspects of the occasion planning process and execution.
Help achieve KPIs through merchandising actions and analyses.
Develop and execute POG/merchandising strategies and determine optimal mix for each occasion.
Conduct hands-on product and fixture setup as needed.
Perform POS and competitive analysis to optimize assortment.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to execute merchandising plans.
Manage assortment and merchandising data in appropriate systems/tools.
Support retailer-specific tasks and research improvements.
