Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior retail/consumer product experience, or equivalent internship work, showing ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of master product catalogue (size, contents, price mix, and COGS) and collaborates with Occasion and Creative teams to add new items.
• Analyzes point-of-sale data, consumer research, retail observations, industry trends to inform price and format mix within a master catalogue and product refresh.
• Gathers and organizes insights to guide strategic thinking and retail strategy development.
• Understands drivers of perceived value and cost of goods for the category.
• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of occasion line lists with key item-level information documentation.
• Supports cost management efforts for the category.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives focusing on simplification.
