Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently across retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush and more in Cleveland and Mayfield Heights, OH.

The role emphasizes organization, time management, daytime availability (including holidays), and collaboration with store staff. Weekly hours are part-time with potential increases during peak periods at multiple Ohio locations.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate with management about questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
• Be available for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product relocation or removal as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in your stores using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
