Job summary

Insight Global in Columbus, OH is seeking a Procurement Engineer to provide on-site supply chain support within the project team. You will serve as the primary contact for procurement activities, ensuring timely orders and strong supplier relationships to control costs.

Responsibilities include coordinating POs and subcontracts, managing budget, tracking invoices, logistics, and project close-out to keep every phase on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a procurement or related role.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of local manufacturers' representatives, dealers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the project team and suppliers.
• Manage on-site procurement setup and administration.
• Create and maintain procurement logs.
• Oversee budget and buyout for equipment and services.
• Process purchase orders and change orders, verify pricing.
• Coordinate subcontract management and supplier relations.
• Support invoicing, payments, and project close-out.
