Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Procurement Engineer to embed within project teams on-site, serving as the primary contact for all procurement and supply chain activities.

You will manage on-site setup, budgeting, POs, subcontracts, vendor relations, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and cost control across projects in Ohio. Strong Excel/Word skills and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position or industry.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in a related field (Business, Economics, Management) preferred.
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing & Finvari Support or related systems within first 4 weeks.
• Working knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between project team, ACCO departments, and external suppliers.
• Manage on-site setup and administration for jobsite.
• Create and maintain procurement logs.
• Oversee budget and procurement for project equipment, materials, and services.
• Process purchase orders and change orders; track deliveries against project schedules.
• Manage subcontracting and vendor relationships; enroll subcontractors where needed.
• Source and manage transportation/logistics for project needs.
• Close out PO/subcontract values and ensure invoices are submitted and paid.
