Job summary

You will configure and administer the Procore platform, generate dashboards and reports, train staff, and maintain data integrity. U.S. citizenship and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Procore Administrator or in a similar role.
• Procore software expertise, including setup, administration, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction project management processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and support staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Procore project management platform.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and system use.
• Create and manage dashboards, custom reports, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to project teams for effective Procore adoption.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and serve as the point of contact with Procore support.
• Maintain system data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend platform improvements and updates.
• Document procedures, best practices, and workflows for consistent system use.
