Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Process Development Associate (PDA) in the SBST Analytics group, on-site in Tarrytown, NY. You will perform hands-on analytical testing, develop methods, and characterize bioconjugates to support a growing pipeline.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data clearly and drive decisions across clinical and commercial stages, while maintaining rigorous ELN documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on wet lab experience required.
• Fundamental knowledge of synthetic molecules and/or protein analytical techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and intermediate materials (raw materials).
• Analyze and present key data to enable data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Transfer fit-for-purpose analytical methods with internal and external groups.
• Document data in ELN entries to support program timelines.
• Help standardize sample and data management workflows.
• Maintain lab safety and compliance; ensure organized workspace and resources.
