Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Associate (PDA) for the Preclinical Manufacturing & Process Development SBST Analytics group, onsite in Tarrytown, NY. In a hands-on lab role, you will generate analytical data, support method development, and help characterize bioconjugates and intermediates to advance our pipeline. This position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven decision support across clinical to commercial stages.

Qualifications

• B.S. in chemistry/biochemistry/biology/chemical engineering or related field, 0–1 year lab experience
• Fundamental knowledge of synthetic molecules and/or protein analytical techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication with data presentation ability
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Growth mindset in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and intermediates
• Analyze and present key data to enable timely decisions across a broad audience
• Collaborate with internal and external analytical groups to develop and transfer fit-for-purpose methods
• Communicate plans and results within cross-functional teams to enable program success
• Document data in ELN entries to support program timelines
• Assist with lab resource planning and equipment upkeep
• Support safety compliance and maintain an organized workspace
