Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Process Development Engineer III to join the PMPD group's SBST Analytics in Tarrytown, NY. You will serve as the analytical lead, developing fit-for-purpose methods, transferring them to internal/external labs, and troubleshooting to advance bioconjugate programs from development to commercialization.

The role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience with HPLC/LC-MS/UV, Empower, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and CDMOs.

Qualifications

• B.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience, M.S. with 7+ years, or recent Ph.D. with 0-3 years in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with analytical method development for antibody, bioconjugate, and/or small molecules (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, UV) plus software such as Empower
• Hands-on experience transferring methods to internal/external labs and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated experience serving as analytical lead for bioconjugate programs and collaborating with internal teams and external CDMOs
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present data to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute analytical testing, method development, and characterization to enable bioconjugate process development
• Lead analytical deliverables: robust method development, method transfer, training, and troubleshooting
• Communicate complex results into clear, actionable next steps for technical and non-technical audiences
• Author procedures, development and characterization reports, and ELN entries to support timelines
• Drive and improve workflows: documentation standardization and data digitization
