Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Tarrytown, NY, seeks a Process Development Associate to join the SBST Analytics group within PMPD. This hands-on, lab-based role delivers high-quality analytical data, supports method development, and helps characterize bioconjugates to advance our pipeline.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, transfer analytical methods, document ELN entries, and help ensure compliance and lab safety while supporting equipment upkeep and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on wet lab experience required (academic or industry).
• Fundamental knowledge of small molecules and/or protein analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing, method development, and characterization of bioconjugates and intermediates.
• Analyze and present data to cross-functional teams to support decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external analytical groups to transfer methods.
• Document plans and results in ELN entries to support timelines.
• Maintain lab safety and organize workspace; assist with equipment upkeep.
