Job summary

Supacolor USA Inc. in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles Area) is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead daily digital printing operations on-site.

You will supervise, train, and develop the team, ensure safe and efficient production, and maintain high-quality output with strong mechanical skills and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll oversee staffing, equipment maintenance, and material management while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital printing or a similar production environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and color perception.
• Track record of coaching team members and creating a productive, collaborative work environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using cloud-based systems and production management software.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to commute consistently to the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Runners with direction, training, coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate daily staffing and production priorities to maintain momentum.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring, performance management and other employee decisions.
• Oversee daily digital print production, balancing workflow and deadlines.
• Operate, clean and maintain presses for reliable output.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate additional support.
• Manage consumables and inventory; monitor production metrics for efficiency.
• Partner with departments to ensure on-time, accurate job completion.
• Maintain safety-first production environment and follow procedures.
