Job summary
Global Product Software/Cybersecurity/Network firm seeks a Principal Technical Support Engineer to deliver on-site engineering support at military bases, including Ft Meade and other listed locations. You will engage with enterprise customers and government agencies, providing expert guidance and hands-on fixes to complex network security deployments.
The role requires US Citizenship and Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, with six-figure base salary plus 10% bonus and RSUs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in service delivery or technical support.
- Advanced networking and network security knowledge with practical exposure.
- Experience in telecom routing, TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS; strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to enterprise and government clients.
- Serve as SME on network security products and assist with deployments.
- Design, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments.
- Deliver on-demand technical workshops and collaborate with internal teams.
- Travel to customer sites and international events as needed.
