Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience programming Hexagon CMM equipment using PC-DMIS.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience inspecting tight-tolerance CNC-machined components.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Hexagon CMM equipment using PC-DMIS.
• Create and optimize inspection programs for precision-machined components.
• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T requirements.
• Analyze measurement data and document inspection results.
• Maintain calibration and accuracy of inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve dimensional issues.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
