Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton in Laconia, NH seeks an operator for manual hand presses to attach tabs, pins and pems to stampings and/or Board Level products. You may cross-train to Anodize Racking, Assembly or Packing as workflow requires.

Responsibilities include operating presses, performing first piece inspections, accurate record keeping and meeting production quotas while keeping a safe, clean work area. This role requires good dexterity and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to read/use Dial Calipers.

Responsibilities

• Operate all hand presses.
• Perform first piece inspection to ensure correct parts, hardware and tooling.
• Record keeping tasks to ensure lot integrity and credibility.
• Produce at or exceed quota.
• Maintain clear communications with Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
