- Perform comprehensive jobsite walk-downs and validate project scope.
- Support strategic procurement of required materials and specialized services.
- Develop detailed procedures for safe and efficient execution of maintenance work.
- Establish accurate cost and schedule estimates for individual work orders.
- Interface with site personnel, fleet engineering, and central maintenance to align objectives.
- Manage shifting priorities to meet major maintenance timelines.
