Job summary

SENKO Advanced Components, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Poway, CA office. This in-office role covers distribution and stockroom duties, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will process daily orders, review RMAs, participate in continuous improvement, and support ISO compliance. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent required.
• - Experience in shipping/receiving, packing, inventory control, and barcode scanning preferred.
• - Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight systems preferred.
• - Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• - Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders, including printing, labeling, picking, verification, documentation, and shipment preparation.
• Review RMAs and non-conforming materials monthly.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of operational errors to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with warehouse quality standards.
• Complete corrective action requests related to warehouse operations.
• Manage packaging materials inventory and drive process improvements.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain organized warehouse environment and proper storage/handling of products.
• Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are maintained and available.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment per standards.
• Prepare documentation for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and satisfaction.
• Assist ISO compliance activities and documentation requirements.
• Perform receiving activities and verify incoming shipments quality.
• Shrink-wrap palletized outbound shipments for safe transport.
